Here are the assumptions I made in this design:

Timesheet is a Slack app which syncs and pulls data from existing systems used by a company that manage leads, customers, projects, billings, etc., to track employees' workload and identify tasks they're spending time on at any given time.
It provides gentle reminders to employees at the start of the day and at various periods throughout the workday so that they can update the tasks they're currently working on. This helps the app determine how long employees spend on each task and helps managers keep track of what is being worked on.
